I remember being a little girl and learning Origami. Today I still remember how to fold a swan and a bowl. I wish I remembered more! Lately I have had long days and I miss spending time on a project and not spitting out work. Sitting in front of my computer all day makes me long to step away and work with my hands. That is why these origami love letters appeal to me so much. So much thought has been put into them and they are so delicate.
Amy of Eat Drink Chic creates the best DYI projects for her readers! The above is actually her engagement party invite that she also changed into a DYI download! I cannot wait to put one together and surprise Jesper. I will hang it in an unexpected place on a day when he least expects it. Last time I left Luxembourg I let a few little cute notes on the bed, hanging from his toothbrush and in his deoderant. It left him with a great big smile. So even if Amy's little love note was posted in time for Valentine's Day I think it is perfect any day of the year.
