Lately I have been playing with the idea of buying a house. Feels like a big step to move from an apartment to a house. I guess since it will most likely entail a larger mortgage and that is always a bit scary. Anyhow one of the houses that I crossed paths with while searching for my perfect home is this darling house for sale at Skeppsholmen. So minimal and so perfect with its all white interior, set in the the woods on the water. Heavenly. 

          

This weekend we are actually going to look at a house. Not this one. One that is closer to Stockholm. I cannot stop thinking about it! Thrilled and scared at the same time. So what are your plans for the weekend? Would love for you to share. Happy Friday, lovely weekend! xx - Joanna

Jane of Ill seen, Ill said has opened a cute little shop, Coterie, filled with notebooks, ceramics, home accessories and other small little nicknacks. Do head over and check it out. I love the throws.

Daydreaming: Martin No. 38, Singapore

 

If I were in Singapore looking for an cup of coffee or some organic fruit I would probably head over to Provisions, a gourmet food store. It is located within the newly revamped Martin No. 38, one of Singapore's dining hot spots. I love the chairs on the wall and the blue Smeg refrigerators. I also love the packaging of the products on the chairs. I just love checking out packaging when I travel...

 

 

  

After I picked up my fruit and a few pretty boxes (to bring home for inspiration) I would head over to Graze or maybe Kha for dinner. All depending on my mood. Since Graze serves succulent home-made Australian cuisine, I might just have to try an Australian classic. But... 

   

I am a sucker for good Thai food. So I might just have to end up at Kha. Could I resist trying one of their modern interpretations of classic Thai cuisine? Hummm... Graze or Kha, Graze or Kha, that is the question. 

All three spaces have been designed by Hecker Guthrie.

Hello lovelies! I love spring! Spent the whole weekend outside. Breakfasts in the morning light, long walks in the sun by the water, Brooklyn taking her first swim of the season (she loves water) and yummie barbecues (seriously love grilled veggies). How was your weekend? xx- Joanna

So after 9 months of pregnancy and a few months of being in a baby cocoon I am now just about ready to start to whip my body back in shape. And since I have been on the lay low when it comes to shopping for myself I am now in such a shopping mood. This can be dangerous! One of the s/s 2011 collections I am eyeing is Honeydory's. 

P.S. Love this blouse. Super cute with a pair of jeans or shorts.
