Thousands upon thousands of people will hear about Kony 2012 today for the first time. Last night all over the world people gathered to post posters and make people aware of this evil man. Today I hope that thousands upon thousands of people take action and help the Invisible Children. If you have not seen the movie below please take 30 minutes of your time to watch it.

All week I have wanted to stop in and blog about Marrilee of Mer Mag's print I lovely love my family but with my 2 week old it has not been possible. He is now sleeping so that gives me a few minutes to put together a quick post before he wakes up and is HUNGRY! Marrilee is spreading the love and donating all the proceeds of this print to the Davy Jean and her family. I will not repeat the story here (since I hear him starting to wake up), instead head over to Mer Mag and read about this amazing family.

the girl effect

 

Hi lovelys, I am back from an amazing vacation, babymoon, with my man. It rained quite a lot but we were able to get some rest and quality time together. I was going to do a few of my tips from Mallorca as my frist post back but I decided that needed to post this video first. So Mallorca tips will just have to wait a little. The Girl Effect wants to eradicate poverty and raise the standard of living in the develping world in a simple and effective away. Watch the video. You might remeber this video? They are so powerful.
