Oh my! Oh my! What a jam-packed weekend and a crazy start to the week! I just sent a magazine off to print and I am beat! So I look forward to an evening of nothing! Tried to find time to stop in yesterday, just not possible. But I am here today! Wanted to start the week off with illustration. I am a long time fan of Christina Drejenstam's work. I love her style. The sloppy watercolor with black pen somehow looks yummie. I love the simple use of one color and how the watercolor allows for such beautiful hues.
I like the watercolor. I've considered taking it up since I've seen the last few desktop calenders that your sister did -- they're just beautiful examples of what watercolor can do.

I have such a respect for people who mastered watercolors! You need to be a really free nad brave person to get it.

I always had a weak spot for watercolors. There's something about them that makes me get in touch with my sensitive side.
