I think I need one when I head to Italy in July. Or maybe even in Sweden now since the weather is amazing! All I have to do is get my motivated to workout... Any words of advice? Encouragement? Suddenly, I seem to like polka dots. And I kinda want a blue polka dot bikini. Maybe then I'd finally start going to the beach.

I was just recently inspired myself after a long time of putting it off...oh dear, too long. Everyone is a little different so find something that you enjoy (for me it's walking). If you choose something you hate (running or aerobics classes for me) then you'll find ways to not do it. Then start slow. You'll find that the fastest way to burn out is to take on too much too soon. Before you know it, you'll increase your activity naturally. Good Luck!!!

I am so jealous you are going to Italy, how fantastic!
When I was trying to get in shape for a wedding last year I tried to work out 3 times and week and not eat between semi healthy meals and it worked great. I dont really enjoy exercising so once id burnt off a few calories I didnt want to undo all my hard work by eating a chocolate bar later that day! I also kept telling myself it wasnt for ever, in 8 weeks id be eating lots of wedding cake!
