So Paris... Paris was perfect. Jesper and I spent the days wandering up and down the streets, looking at beautiful buildings, shopping, eating, and laughing. In particular I enjoyed shopping in the Marais district (in the 4th arrondissement). If you go to Paris this is an area worth your time! I also enjoyed cooling off my feet in one of the fountains outside of the Louve, eating a few too many creps and buying 30 rolls of colorful tape at Merci.
Many have blogged about Merci so I could not wait to head over to this 3 story boutique filled with an eclectic mix of designer clothing, flowers, books and interior delights. I fell in love! What an amazing space and place. We found dinner plates that we want (see above). Now we just have to figure out how to get them to Sweden. I could spend hours on end in this boutique. Any damage done here (believe you me, damage can be done big time) is guilt free since all the proceeds go to charities.
One evening, as we were enjoying a drink with friends and watching the sun set this man, Iya Traore, just popped up on a piller sort of above us and started showing off his moves! They are crazy... just look at the photo and it gives you an idea of his ability. I uploaded 2 videos to simple blueprint's Facebook page if you want to check them out. And while you are there why not become a fan?
Well that was it from Paris. Soon I will share highlights from Milano, Italy! I leave in about a week!
