Hello my sweet darling readers. Yes, it is true, we're going to have a baby! We are expecting our first child! I am 24 weeks, about 5 1/2 months, and due January 25th.
I promise you I have had every sort of feeling ever: I am scared, nervous, excited, anxious and most of all extremely thrilled & happy! It has been a crazy time with my body going through lots of changes, such as hormones taking me for a ride, iron deficiency (since I don't eat meat) making me even more tiered than tiered, forgetting everything, being extra sensitive and lately I have not been able to fit into any of my clothes (just to name a few)! We cannot wait to welcome this little boy into the world and shower him with love. It is an amazing time filled with lots of unknown! I am trying to enjoy every second.
I am happy to finally share our big news with you. The photo is of us (Jespers hands & my big belly - that is just going to keep getting bigger and bigger :) and it was taken a few days ago by Anna Moller (check out her blog here).

I knew it :) As soon as you wrote you have some big news, I knew it was a baby! It's like some sort of baby-virus has spread through blog-land, cause there are currently 5 of my daily blog-reads that are pregnant!! And you're all due at about the same time :)

Congratulations!!! what an exciting time!!! I remember my first pregnancy and I have so many special memories... have you felt the baby already? I love it!! It was as we had a special bond... although I totally relate to all the unknowns and your body is changing, etc... as much as you can enjoy the ride and know it's OK to feel wired sometimes about it all...!!! and rest rest rest!!! so happy for you life as you knew it about to take another dimension that beyond beautiful.. the best experience someone can ever had in life.. becoming a parent!!! congratulations! i am due in november :-) and: i don't eat meat either, but luckily did not have any problems regarding nutrition. luckily taking some extra iron isn't such a big problem! wish you all the best...
