Hello lovelies! Hope you had a great weekend. If you have followed me for a while you know that I love Green Kitchen Stories (here is my first of a few post on gks). So last night when I was browsing my ipad for some new inspiring apps I was super excited to see that David and Louise have launched the app Green Kitchen (don't know how I had missed it). It is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! 

 

  

 

 

 

I have a few app ideas myself... but I have not moved forward on any of them (lack of time and feel a little overwhelmed since it is all new to me). Anyhow, what are your favorite apps?

If you have followed me for a while you have seen Anna Moller's photos on my blog before. Quite a few times. Well you see Anna is one of my absolute best friends. I have known her all my life (ok to be precise all of her life). We have traveled near and far together and we have shared heart aches and laughs.

 

  

 

Anna took these amazing photos of one of the most dear to me little girls. Actually the most dear to me little girl in the entire world. The little girl is my goddaughter and she is the most beautiful an precious little soul. I feel honored to be her godmother and to be able follow her life. 

 

   

 

When Anna sent me these photos a few weeks ago I teared up. Words cannot describe how beautiful I think they are. It feels very special for me to share them with you today. Please click on them to view them big since my blog format does not do them justice.

Fall in Canada would turn anybody into a believer. I have to confess, in extremes I find my adopted province somewhat barren. But in autumn, it shimmers. The Group of Seven artists felt it too - you can see how autumn lifts their palette up from their trademark murk. This season sweeps Ontario with honeyed glow, the air crisp and clear.

Inspired by their palette, I've assembled some of my favourite Fall inspiration. Readers of my blog will know I'm not known for a strong love of colour, but for the last two seasons, colour has been creeping up on me. Hopefully, I can hold on to some of that golden shimmer during the long winter ahead.

happy (travel) weekend

My little man and I are off to Spain early tomorrow morning to visit my mom and stepfather. Trying to postpone fall a little. We are leaving Jesper and Brooklyn in Stockholm so that they can take care of the fort.
