out & about
Tuesday evening we finally sent Daisy Beauty to print and after that I passed out. I thought I would blog and go to the gym but all I could do was dive into bed and enjoy a long nights sleep. The feeling of sending an magazine to print is always soooo good. I will never get sick of it. When it hits news stands I will share a few pages with you.
So yesterday ended up being a nice day. First part of the day I tried to play catch-up and went out for a looong walk with Brooklyn. And in the evening Kicki and I headed an event that Levis hosted and then off to the release party of OM magazine. I think the Art Director Niklas Thulin pulls off a fresh and different cover. I like that it pulls me in. The fashion shoots are also great. The above shot by Ann-Katrin Blomqvist and styled by Linda Påhls is my favorite. That sweater in 4th photo by Acne could end up in my closet.

a special treat for you today
Happy Friday! Today I'm thrilled to share with you my friend and colleague, Cecilia Eklund Malmborg's, home. Cecilia (an excellent Art Director) lives together with her husband Michael Malmborg (an amazing furniture designer) and their 2 beautiful children in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm. They are featured in issue 4 of Residence Magazine. Cecilia just sent me the photos so I could share them with you. Believe me, this is a treat. Pay attention to all the small details and stunning lamps throughout their apartment.
Do you agree? Amazing, no? I love all the white with hints (and splashes) of color, the birch trees, the perfect mix of rustic and old with new and modern.
